Order process

The lifecycle of an order:

  • Email your English/Chinese document (or a few paragraphs) or a link to a webpage to ssotranslations@gmail.com
  • We'll send you a free quote promptly and guarantee confidentiality of your document.
  • We commit to a rate, an estimated delivery date and a money-back guarantee on the quote.
  • We provide test translation for large documents on request at no charge.
  • We accept payment in advance with credit card through PayPal only (multiple payments for large orders). You don't need a PayPal account to make payment and only PayPal knows your credit card number. Other arrangements available for approved corporate accounts.
  • When the job is done, We email you the translated document in doc, ppt, htm, xls, txt or pdf format before the committed deadline.
